POND ISLAND – TelEm Group Supervisory Board of Directors, Vice-Chairman Paul Marshall, last Thursday, February 2, welcomed the board three new members: Former Civil Servant John Richardson, Business executive Jimmy Challenger and former TelEm veteran employee Arnold Brown.
The three new additions to the Supervisory Board of Directors, along with Marshall and present board member Steven Constance oversee the work of the TelEm Group CEO and management, and in turn report directly to the Shareholder on strategy and the future direction of the company.
During Thursday’s meeting, Marshall welcomed the new members and said he was looking forward to their input and deliberations on various matters that will be put before them.
The Supervisory Board Vice-Chairman also took the opportunity to introduce new CEO of the company Kendall Dupersoy, to the new board members, along with Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Helma Etnel, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Brian Mingo and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Eldert Louisa.
Thursday’s meeting was established as an introductory meeting with the selection of a Chairman of the Supervisory Board to be determined in a subsequent meeting of the Board.
