PHILIPSBURG – On June 20th, representatives of the Corporate Governance Council met with Prime Minister the Honorable William Marlin at his office to deliver the Year Report 2016.
Chairman of the CGC Mr. Perry Wilson handed over the report, which summarized the activities of Corporate Governance Council for the year 2016. Also present in the meeting were Vice Chairman Charles Smith and Board Member Madelon Dijkhoffz
