THE HAGUE--The Democratic Party D66, the green left party GroenLinks and the Labour Party PvdA in the Second Chamber of the Dutch Parliament are concerned about the level of involvement that the governments and Parliaments of Aruba, Curaao and St. Maarten will have in the proposed Caribbean Reform Entity.
