Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - The political party headed by MP the Honorable Frans Richardson, the USP has submitted some of the documents requested by the electoral council of St. Maarten.
Chairman Attorney Bert Hoffman told our news room that the party submitted the documents after 2pm Monday.
He however confirmed that the yearly report of the party has not yet been submitted.
The matter of the application of the financial penalty levied against the party for submitting the requested documents after the stipulated deadline is now being studied.
