Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
PHILIPSBURG:--- The Director of the University of St. Martin SCELL (USM SCELL) Mr. Eion Maison and The Managing Director of Sint Maarten Service Training Academy (SSTA), Ms. Josianne Fleming-Artsen signed a Memorandum of Understanding to work together in executing an accredited Customer 1st Online Program that will offer high-level training, raising the bar on service excellence throughout Sint Maarten/Saint Martin and the Caribbean. This unique partnership brings local, regional as well as international synergy to a much-needed arena in Sint Maarten/Saint Martin and the Caribbean.
The Customer 1st online program is accredited by EDUQUAL with headquarters in the United Kingdom. The Online Suites are now being used by hundreds of persons as it is the best way to transfer learning at a faster pace and in an affordable manner. Participants have the leisure of studying at their own pace. A face to face section may be included, termed “blended learning†which is the best fit for the Caribbean. The ability to bring together geographically scattered employees turns eLearning from just a cost saver to a real ENABLER.
Mr. Maison and Ms. Fleming-Artsen believe that online training can be the only realistic way of delivering instruction and of spreading a consistent customer service message across an organization via simulcast setup. It is capable of motivating and inspiring employees to turn around their level of service quality thereby enhancing the customer experience and bringing real rewards and value as well as being the vehicle for brand advocacy.
For the online programs, participants can access the learning once they have Internet connection and a device to learn such as a laptop, a desktop, I Pad, Smartphone, as long as you can fully access the online portal.Interested companies, institutions and individuals should call USM SCELL +1 721 543 3710 EXT 1023 or email micheline.reenis@usm.sx or jfleming@caribserve.net for further information and registration.
