PHILIPSBURG – Â Newly sworn In Prime Minister Leona Romeo Marlin has expressed her sympathy to the Government & people of the Netherlands on behalf of Sint Maarten on the passing of 3 persons during the severe winter storm on Thursday January 18th in the Netherlands.
As a country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, our unwavering support and solidarity goes out to the Netherlands, it’s residents and Sint Maarteners living in the Netherlands. PRIME MINISTER ROMEO MARLIN sympathizes with the families that have lost their loved ones and wishes them much strength during this period.
At least 4 people are dead after a huge storm hit northern Europe.
