PHILIPSBURG--Party for Progress (PFP) Members of Parliament (MPs) Melissa Gumbs and Raeyhon Peterson on Sunday criticised Pro Soualiga Foundations recent letter to Governor Eugene Holiday for being disrespectful, adding that the foundation cannot speak on behalf of the St. Maarten people.
