PHILIPSBURG--On Tuesday, independent Member of Parliament (MP) Christophe Emmanuel issued a public call on Prime Minister (PM) Silveria Jacobs and Governor Eugene Holiday to update the public on what is happening with the swearing-in of United Peoples (UP) party MP Rolando Brison as minister.
