~ D66 big winner again ~
PHILIPSBURG--Of the 154 valid votes cast in Philipsburg for the Dutch Second Chamber of Parliament election, former St. Maarten Minister Plenipotentiary Jorien Wuite received the lions share, snatching an impressive 66 of her partys 83 total votes.
