PHILIPSBURG--Independent Member of Parliament Christophe Emmanuel has written to Minister of Education Rodolphe Samuel encouraging a collaborative initiative to establish a central kitchen to service the countrys breakfast programme for children, and possibly a lunch programme in the future.
