KRALENDIJK/THE HAGUE--Seven inhabitants of BoSPArty/23/national-alliance'>NAire, together with Greenpeace on Thursday sent a pre-litigation letter to Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte which states that the Dutch State has a legal obligation to protect the people of BoSPArty/23/national-alliance'>NAire against climate change.
