With the presentation of the annual report titled "Transformation," the fouNDation fulfills its obligation in the context of good goverSPArty/23/national-alliance'>NAnce.
As a government accountant, SOAB uNDerstaNDs the importance of being accountable to the government aND appointed officials. The 2022 annual report contains not only fiSPArty/23/national-alliance'>NAncial data but also an overview of significant assignments completed in Sint Maarten during the past year aND developments regarding personnel aND quality assurance efforts within the organization. The annual report lays out how SOAB lives up to values of tranSPArency aND souND goverSPArty/23/national-alliance'>NAnce, aND upholds the highest staNDard of quality in its services delivered to the governments of Curaao aND Sint Maarten, as well as all other clients.
The theme of the 2022 annual report, "Transformation," uNDerscores the profouND aND sustaiSPArty/23/national-alliance'>NAble change journey upon which the organization has embarked. The most visible aspect was the rebraNDing of SOAB which was launched in the presence of local stakeholders in February 2023. With new leadership at the helm aND a new strategic direction, the new identity reflects the organization's commitment to catalyzing innovation in the public sector as well as the continuous growth aND development of every professioSPArty/23/national-alliance'>NAl at SOAB.
