Mini Symposium And Expo On Suriname Independence At The Library
PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - This Friday at 7 pm a mini symposium will be held in the Philipsburg Jubilee Library in honor of the anniversary of the independence of Suriname.
Suriname became an independent country on November 25th, 1975 and this year will mark the fortieth anniversary of its independence.
