Mp Ottley: Govt. Has Legal Tools To Set New Electricity, Water Rates

PHILIPSBURG--United Peoples party (UP) Member of Parliament (MP) Omar Ottley is calling on government to stop delaying meaningful relief for the people of St Maarten and immediately utilise the legal mechanisms already available to regulate electricity tariffs and fuel costs as done in Curaao.
