Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
PHILIPSBURG - Prime Minister William Marlin and Minister Richard Gibson Sr. met with Anguilla Government officials on Monday in the Dr. A.C. Legislative Hall at the Government Administration Building.
An agreement has been reached with the Anguilla Government to operate late night ferry services between Sint Maarten and Anguilla, during the high season, after 10pm up until 1am.
“The collaboration has benefits for both islands. The late night ferry will ensure that tourist passengers en route to Anguilla via the American Airlines night flight, may reach their final destination.
“Furthermore, the late night ferry will stimulate Sint Maarten's economy, by allowing residents of Anguilla to experience an evening on Sint Maarten to go to dinner, visit the movies, do some late night shopping etc.,†Prime Minister William Marlin stated on Monday.
