Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - The nine political parties that will be contesting the September elections are all looking forward to postulation day, this coming Monday.
Among them is the St. Maarten Christian Party (SMCP) of Pastor Wycliffe Smith. Speaking to our news room on Tuesday evening Pastor Smith stated that he is looking forward to be given the opportunity to contest the upcoming elections.
In order to do so his party along with the other parties who are not represented in the Parliament, will have to have their list supported by 146 eligible voters on Tuesday.
