PHILIPSBURG--Former Member of Parliament (MP) Chanel Brownbill, who on April 17, 2018, was sentenced by the Court of First Instance in the Emerald case to eighteen months, fifteen of which were suspended, on three years probation, with 240 hours of community service, maintained his innocence during Fridays appeal hearing.
