Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
Trade union representatives meeting with the Council of Ministers on Thursday.
PHILIPSBURG--Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs and at least three other ministers met with representatives of Windward Islands Chamber of Labor Unions (WICLU), ABVO St. Maarten, St. Maarten police union NAPB, Windward Islands Teachers Union (WITU), Windward Islands Civil Servants Union/Private Sector Union (WICSU/PSU), Windward Islands Federation of Labor (WIFOL) and the Anti-Poverty Platform on Thursday to discuss workers salary cuts and ongoing protest action.
