Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
Prime Minister of St. Maarten Marcel Gumbs presents the Most Worthy Performance Overall trophies for the 2015 St. Maarten Heineken Regatta to Bobby Velasquez’s L’Esperance at the awards ceremony to close the regatta Sunday evening on Kim Sha Beach. L’Esperance achieved a perfect score of four first places during the regatta. Bobby Velasquez was not present to celebrate on stage with his crew.
