PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - This Friday at Oyster Bay Beach Resort's Infinity Restaurant, Fête de la cuisine organizer Henri Brookson handed over a $1,758.57 cheque to the Sint Maarten Hospitality & Trade Association.
