THE HAGUE--The Second Chamber of the Dutch Parliament on Tuesday adopted the motion of Christian Democratic Partys CDAs Chris van Dam which requests that the Kingdom Council of Ministers take control of St. Maartens Pointe Blanche prison for five years.
