PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – Considerando: que en cumplimiento de la Resolucin N 11/2014 del Consejo Electoral de 9 de junio de 2014, se inscribe el party Concordia Political Alliance Association en el registro de partidos polticos a que se refiere el artculo 14, numeral 2 de la Ordenanza Nacional sobre Registro y Finanzas de Partidos Polticos, y que en cumplimiento de la Resolucin N 2/2019 del Consejo Electoral de 22 de octubre de 2019, la CPA de referencia ha sido inscrita en el registro de referencias a que se refiere el artculo 14, inciso 2 de la Ordenanza Nacional sobre Registro y Finanzas de los Partidos Polticos; que el party Concordia Political Alliance Association no present lista de candidatos para las ltimas elecciones para miembros del Parlamento;
En vista de:
Artculo 22, prrafo 2, e inciso b) de la Ordenanza Nacional sobre Registro y Financiamiento de las Polticas Fiestas;

La CPA de referencia del partido poltico Asociacin Alianza Poltica Concordia ser eliminada del registro de referencias a que se refiere el artculo 14, inciso 2 de la Ordenanza Nacional de Registro y Finanzas de los Partidos Polticos.
