PHILIPSBURG:--- As 2022 drew to a close, Its Time SXM Found. ended its year-long series of community-building events and activities by hosting a grand New Years Eve (NYE) Celebration to recognize the Senior citizens. This event was held in partnership with the Helping Hands Foundation and the St.Maarten Lions Club on December 30, 2022, at the Senior Recreational Center in the Hope Estate.
